Built in 1998, it has a wine making capacity of 600,000 litres. We have our own ecological wine production process, which sets us aside from other wineries as 100% of the creative process is in our hands.
The winery consists of three buildings; preparation, maturing and bottling.
In the first building we have the stainless steel and concrete vats whose capacity ranges between 500 and 50,000 litres, which allows for a well-controlled fermentation and preparation process.
In the maturing buildings there are some 600 French and American oak barrels.
